All mobile scaffold towers come with a warranty of five years. ASCEND warranty covers all defects in material, workmanship, or design under normal use. Damages that can be attributed to natural wear, incorrect handling, accidents, or modifications are not included under the warranty.
You have seven working days to cancel your order, starting from the day after taking delivery of the product. Returned goods are at your own expense. A refund is given only once the product has been received in sound condition for resale. If the product has been misused or is in unfit condition for resale, no refund is applicable. For custom made products, the right to cancel does not apply.
It is in your best interest to inspect all items before accepting delivery. In the event of damaged goods, you must indicate the damage on the delivery bill and immediately file a claim with the carrier. If notification of these defects does not take place immediately, the warranty will be null and void. If assistance is needed, ASCEND Sales Representatives should be contacted immediately.
When unauthorized components are used in your ASCEND scaffold, all guarantees, responsibility, and approvals no longer apply. If ASCEND has made the mistake, a full refund including return freight by ASCEND arrangement will be made. If the issue is not due to ASCEND’s mistake, a full credit may be issued, but return freight remains the responsibility of the customer.
The person assembling the equipment must ensure, on his or her own responsibility, that all safety provisions are adhered to. Improper use, faulty set up, and impermissible use are excluded. ASCEND will rectify defects covered by the warranty by replacing the defective part or the product itself.
ASCEND liability under the warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of scaffolds and ladders within the warranty period. ASCEND is not liable under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to personal injury or labour costs. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty periods vary by range: Step Up Ladders have a three-year warranty, Podiums have a four-year warranty, Warehouse Ladders have a four-year warranty, and Scaffold Towers have a five-year warranty.
